Costco is accelerating its growth with a plan to open 35 new locations by the end of August 2026.

West Roseville, California – January 2026

• This massive 160,000-square-foot warehouse is the cornerstone of the new Baseline Marketplace. It is designed to relieve the heavy traffic at the existing Roseville and Rocklin locations.

Liberty Hill, Texas – March 2026

• Located at the intersection of Highway 183 and Seward Junction Loop, this $62 million project follows the “boomtown” growth of the Austin suburbs. It will feature a large gas station and a full-service tire center.

Forney, Texas – March 2026

• Another win for the Lone Star State, this location at US-80 and FM-548 aims to serve the rapidly expanding residential communities east of Dallas.

South St. George, Utah – March 2026

• As the second location in the St. George area, this warehouse is a strategic “infill” store. It is specifically built to cut down the legendary weekend lines at the original 1st North location.

Mission Viejo, California – Spring 2026

• The “Gas-Only” Concept: This is one of the most talked-about projects of the year. Unlike a standard warehouse, this is a stand-alone gas station featuring 40 pumps to provide members with low-cost fuel without warehouse-related traffic.

• This specialized Business Center won’t have the typical bakery or clothing sections. Instead, it will focus on commercial-grade kitchenware, bulk snacks, and office supplies, opening as early as 7:00 AM for business owners.

• Market Milestone: This marks the first Costco Business Center in the province of Manitoba.
