Costco’s Labor Day sale is packed with some of the year’s biggest markdowns on appliances, furniture, mattresses, outdoor living, and electronics. From massive instant savings to stackable member discounts, these are the standout deals worth shopping before they disappear.
1. Yardline Upton 12′ x 24′ Wood Shed — Save $1,600 to $4,500
This is probably the biggest pure-dollar markdown I found anywhere in Costco’s current savings.

Sale: about $2,899.99–$3,049.99, depending on finish.

And this is where Costco becomes interesting.

This is much closer to what people mean when they talk about Costco Labor Day appliance deals.

This is another refrigerator I’d feature prominently.

There’s also plenty of Costco community interest in Yardistry gazebos; clearance sightings have generated substantial discussion because these structures can drop by hundreds or even $1,000 depending on warehouse inventory.
11. Thomasville Fallon 6-Piece Modular Sectional — $999.99 After $700 Off

Costco’s Member Savings page confirms the markdown, and the product currently participates in the renewed Costco Direct promotion running from August 31 onward.
This is one of the strongest furniture values I’ve found.
12. GE Profile Washer + Electric Dryer + Pedestals — $2,499.96
Here’s another deal where the headline markdown doesn’t tell the whole story.

That’s potentially $1,000 in combined advertised savings/rebates tied to the package, subject to the promotion terms.
This is exactly the sort of deal I’d expect shoppers to hunt over Labor Day.

Plus Costco lists another $100 Costco Direct savings for the preconfigured package.
The especially important part: this price is valid through September 6, making it one of the deals most tightly connected to Labor Day weekend itself.
Recent Reddit discussion supports the demand: one shopper reported the Costco washer they were tracking went on sale August 24 and was already sold out by August 27.
14. Stearns & Foster Retreat 14.5-Inch Hybrid Mattress — Up to $500 Off
Sale: roughly $1,799.99–$1,999.99, depending on size.
Savings: $400–$500
This is a much stronger Labor Day category than the grocery items I originally included.
