What is Mexican Street Corn?
Mexican Street Corn is a Mexican dish with grilled or roasted corn on the cob, butter and salt. The street vendor makes it by cooking the corn in boiling water for two to five minutes until they are tender then shaves off all of their kernels. They pour melted butter over them with lime juice squeezed over top before sprinkling with coarse sea salt.
Aldi has jumped on the Mexican Street Corn trend, bringing out Street Corn Dip, frozen Street Corn, and even a Street Corn Pizza recently.
Aldi Mexican Street Corn Ravioli

This simple dinner idea is giving us all the sweet and smoky feels! The packaging says the whole thing can be on the table in 9 minutes.
