Since Aldi introduced its Wine Advent Calendar in U.S. stores in 2018, Aldi’s advent calendar selection has expanded immensely.

This calendar will be available starting on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021. There is a ticketing system for all the Aldi alcohol-themed Advent calendars.

What is inside the 2021 Aldi hard seltzer advent calendar?
Each Vista Bay Hard Seltzer Advent Calendar contains 3 of the following flavors:
- Cran-Raspberry
- Pear Apple
- Pineapple Coconut
- Strawberry Lemon
- Blueberry
- Mandarin Lime
- Passionfruit
- Peach
There are 24 cans in all — one for each day from Dec. 1-24, and each flavor is included three times.
The cans in the calendar are 8.5 fluid ounces — smaller than a typical 12-ounce Vista Bay can.

Vista Bay is Aldi’s private label line of hard seltzers. Hard seltzer is basically flavored, carbonated water with alcohol in it. Sales of hard seltzers — led by name brands White Claw and Truly — have increased by about 200% over the past year. Aldi has been riding that huge popularity wave with its Vista Bay brand.
Why is hard seltzer popular?
Hard seltzer is known for being lower in calories than many alcoholic beverages — weighing in at about 100 calories per can. The cans in the Aldi Vista Bay Advent Calendar have 74 calories each.
Where will the Aldi Vista Bay Advent Calendar be sold?
This calendar will be available in U.S. Aldi stores that already sell hard seltzer. If your store does not carry hard seltzer, you will not be able to buy this advent calendar there, unfortunately. Sales of alcohol require liquor licenses, and not every state or municipality allows grocers such as Aldi to get a license.
